Ferozepur : Ferozepur DSP (City) Kesar Singh passed away due to a brain hemorrhage on Friday night. Sources said the DSP was unwell following which he was admitted to Ivy Hospital in Mohali where he breathed his last. Presently, Kesar was staying at his residence in Kharar.
